Do you ever feel like you need a little me time? A little pampering? I decided last week that I want to find a place to go get a facial, a deep cleansing, make your face feel fantastic facial. I’ve never been to a spa for a treatment like that so I had to do some research. Thanks to trusty Citysearch and Yelp, I found a place that looks fantastic. I will be booking an appointment soon, but in my search, I came across this little place, also with amazing reviews:

Mojo Spa

It’s in Wicker Park, I probably have walked past this place a million times and never took the time to go in and check it out. How ridiculously cute does this place sound? A tad pricey ($40 for a pedicure!), but still it sounds like such a cute place. A former chef opened it and makes all their products, skincare, makeup and all that stuff. Probably come the new year, I will have to head over and check this place out.

Seriously, Chicago ladies, want to join me for one of these:

Beauty and Brunch
Every Sunday from 11pm to 3pm
Receive complimentary brunch with your nail service appointment. Limit 2 per reservation. Creator of Mojo Spa and former personal chef, Amanda Kezios, creates a homemade brunch menu that changes every week from oatmeal raisin pancakes to smoked salmon croissant sandwiches, to lemon meringue stuffed french toast. Menu depends on what is fresh at markets that week.

OR

Pajama Nights are always the first Fridays of every month
Mojo Spa’s famous slumber party indulges guests with a night of pampering and dancing. Enjoy deli facials, makeovers, a fully loaded dessert and candy bar while a DJ spins all night long. Pajamas are optional as dress attire.

How freaking cute is that? I want to go!!

P.S. I started just responding to comments by editing your comment and typing my response in bold italics. I think it might be better than making one long comment response. Not sure if I like it or not yet. Thoughts?
