The sad thing is that in cases like this you just don't know if it was an accident or not. I hope it was, because it would be horrible for his daughter to grow up knowing that he had killed himself and knowing that everyone else knew it. Supposedly, he was in rehab late last year for heroin though so he did have substance abuse problems. It was also said he was sick with pneumonia when he died. I think it was accidental.
