Project Runway: 410

I finally got to watch this week’s episode last night. I never imagined in a million years I would see this image on my screen.

I foresee this entry as being very short. I’m horrified that they thought this would be a good challenge. Have they really hit rock bottom with ideas that they need to do this? Make an ring “outfit” for a WWE Diva. SERIOUSLY. This is not fashion. This is stripper wear basically. Not even fashionable stripwear, if that is possible.

The only think I was looking forward to this episode was Christian’s drag queen Diva slamming him face first into the ground, because if I have to hear him say fierce one more time, I will literally go find him and do it myself.

UGH.

Here we go.

From left to right we have: Christian, Ricky,  Rami, Sweet P, Jillian and Chris

Ricky finally got the boot and for once, he did NOT cry. Really. You think the episode he would be freaking out, sobbing on the floor about, he sheds no tears. Chris wins, which I’m quite sure everyone expected, except for Christian whose face fell when Heidi announced the winner.

Next week better be the most amazing episode ever to make up for this shit. Worst thing I have ever seen in the history of Project Runway. I am embarassed for them.

Thoughts?

Another week goes by where I regret not paying for Bravo. :(

I was waiting with bated breath to see what the judge would say when the saw the outfits. Again, I love Chris and his wild campiness.

i agree that they are pulling ideas out of their ass on this show. i would rather see them pull the some successfull challenges from old seasons rather than this crap.

i did like christian’s the best however. even though she looked a little whorish. haha.

Okay, I don’t watch Project Runway because I don’t get Bravo either… but this is fucking gross. There are no words in the English language to describe how much I loathe “professional wrestling.” It’s disgusting and violent and unbelievably sexist. Guh. I can’t believe a quality program like PR is glorifying it!

GIMMICK.

Lame.

Not you, of course.

I have never seen this show and oh my god, does this entry ever make me feel like that was the right decision. Wow.

Thank Goddess Ricky is gone! I don’t think I could have taken another week of his [weak @ss] boo-hooing! I missed this episode but now I’m glad I did.

1) Rami tried to do draping for his weird bizarro-Barbie chicks’ top. Draping WWE = NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS.

2) Christian was kind of adorable, skipping around with those little chaps.

3) TIM IN THE ARENA. I LOVE YOU TIM.

And wordpress or whatever ate the plus sign in my last comment so it should read: Draping PLUS WWE EQUALS NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS.”

I couldn’t believe it when they announced the challenge. My husband, who could care less about fashion, could come up with a better challenge. (Although he paid more attention than usual to this episode…hmmm, wonder why?) And I hate to admit that I thought Christian’s was best even if the coat looked like all of his other coats. And Jillian’s was good. But the challenge sucked.

[Reply]

Hated the challenge.

If I had to pick a favorite it would be Jillian.

I find Christian incredibly irritating, but still think either he or Jillian should win the whole shebang.

[Reply]

I still love Christian and want him to win. I would be happy if Rami went home next week.

I just got a chance to watch this on DVR finally. My thoughts:
1. I HATE Christian. Seriously. I don’t know if it’s the fact that he’s so young and arrogant or the fact that he just simply drives me apeshit. But I cannot stand him. The look on his face when Chris was announced as the winner may have been my favorite part of this episode. He fully expects to win every.challenge.
2. I like Jillian’s the best. Chris definitely did a great job, but Jillian’s was actually really cute.

I whole-heartedly agree – next week better be amazing. Any ideas what it’ll be? The hints were that it’s every designers dream, then Sweet Pea was commenting on a dress. I say something for a celebrity awards or something? Who knows – either way, it better be good.

I don’t think it was so bad. I mean it was definitely a challenge and that’s kind of the point, right? I liked Chris’s the best. Totally rocked that shit out.

Wow. Bad idea. Bad outfits. The pink one? Yeah, that girl has got a great body, and that THING made her look terrible. They had to try hard for that.

[Reply]

I couldn’t believe it either! So bad. I thought the screaming from the preview were little kids and they had to make costumes for a school play or something. Definitely not fashion either, but it would have at least been adorable.

And Ricky not crying… I was like, come on man, it’s justifiable this time! Where are the tears??

[Reply]

I am SO glad I skipped this week’s episode.

[Reply]

Holy crap. I don’t watch PR (Though I do love Heidi, Nina, Michael, and Tim, ohhh, how I love Tim, AND apparently Posh is going to be a judge one episode this season?!) but this… I wish I’d seen this. Absolutely hysterical!

Wrong..so wrong.
