It’s St. Patricks Day or something? It seems like Chicago has been celebrating it for the past two weeks so whatever!

I’m actually directing you elsewhere today, freaders. I would hope you go check them out too.
1. I’m talking books over at Lacey’s place, Perks of Being a JAP, while she is in Israel. Have a favorite book? Want to see mine? Go check out my post here.
2. Since practically no one reads or updates on the weekends, you probably missed reading about my awesome blogger meet up! Check out who I hung out with Saturday afternoon or go see her take on the day.
What are you waiting for? Go read!

Yay for someecards!
weekends really are all sorts of dead in bloggy land
Is it bad that I didn’t know it was St. Patty’s Day? I feel like I should be celebrating HARDCORE but I’m probably going to go to Borders and read.
The first person to pinch me for not wearing green is getting bitchslapped…
That graphic is hilarious, because it is soooo me. I’m a little embarrassed.
Haha I LOVE that e-card…I have huge isses with wearing green on St. Patty’s Day…I don’t look good in it. My quote that’s famous with my friends? “I have to go more of a teal route”
happy monday hon! your weekend adventures with Jenn looked like a blast.
we should celebrate being irish the whole month! chicago’s got the right idea :)
Today I’ve managed to dip my hand in horse radish and spill cabbage juice all over my notebook. St. Pat’s Day can kiss my green ass!
I read three out of your five favorite books. I thought The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time was lovely. And I also liked The Lovely Bones (eeerie!) and A Handmade’s Tale (though I read it so long ago, I forgot about it!).
that e card is EXACTLY how I am feeling about St. Paddy’s day and the need to wear green. That’s why Im in PURPLE. Yee haw.
Happy SP Day!!!
I’m wearing loud and proud green today!
Congrats on your fun meet up :]
I meant to comment when I read it yesterday but
alas you are right–weekends are dead ’round here.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
:D
My facebook profile is filled with those someecard bumper stickers. My friends and I find them a little too amusing.
I’m definitely checking out your book post. I have too much free time at work that I need to fill with books.
Are you knocking a 2-week long Chicago institution of alcoholism and poor decisions?
Because dammit Jamie! I won’t stand for it!
your blog is adorable! i’m loving these fun posts xo
