This weekend was something else. Seriously. So Friday as I mentioned before, my favorite Jenn and I went to go see Made of Honor.

We drove around some suburbs to the theatre and I think I barely missed ending up at crime scene number two. The movie was cute, predictable but cute. My company was better. We had yummy Portillo’s and some Icees.
Saturday didn’t go as planned due to World War III erupting in my household, that is another post though. I ended up getting the biggest most giant sundae ever though. It was ridiculous and good. I probably gained 3 pounds.
Finally Sunday, I was able to see the boyfriend and we decided a movie was in order. Iron Man, to be exact. I really liked it. A lot. Definitely go see it. Did you guys that seen it stay after the credits for the little extra? I did!

Then because William puts up with my girly whims, he let me watch the cast of Sex and The City on Oprah that I begged him to DVR for me Thursday and then followed that up with 27 Dresses that he bought me earlier in the week. What a good boyfriend.

Today I am at work. How was your weekend?

I definitely didn’t catch the extra tidbit
Would you care to share what happened?
I can’t afford to go to the movies anymore. Ever. sigh.
I want a giant sundae! I think we need an ice cream parlor in the warehouse here at work.
Loving your weekend. Mine has been watching Roswell and now Grey’s . . . loving it too!
Haaaaated Made of Honor. I don’t know why, maybe I’m jaded. I’d rather shoot em up action movies than schmoopy love stories.
I’m going to get a free ice cream cone today!
Wow what an eventful weekend. I really want to see Made of honor and I’m so buying 27 dresses tonight! Hope its good!
It was my bf Mike’s b-day weekend…so on friday we just hung out together…Saturday he worked then we got sushi, then amelia grazia (http://graceindesign.blogspot.com/) and her bf came to surprise him and we put together a family guy puzzle, played a family guy game, and had a few beers. Then we got pancakes for breakfast, went to the science center, and the boys jammed on their guitars for a few hours. Good weekend! Went by too fast!
I loved 27 Dresses!! I want to go see Iron Man, too. Usually my hubby and I would go, but I think he will be happy to hear that I am going to go all by myself!!!
I missed the little extra on Iron Man — that sucks!
Iron Man! I totally want to see it buy all my friends have too much estrogen to be interested. Your recommendation further fuels my want!
And i think I’m the only person in the world who hasn’t seen 27 Dresses.
I just saw iron man today and I loved it. Robert downey jr is so hilarious and super in his role
Man I really wanted to go to the movies this weekend and your post just made me so jealous, haha. But my weekend wasn’t too shabby either, so it’s all good.
I watched 27 Dresses this weekend too…. but I hated it. I am really, really excited for Iron Man though. Oh, how I love comic book movies and Robert Downey jr.
AS went to see Iron Man without me and loved it! Grr. Maybe he will go again with me?
Mmmmm, ice cream.
thanks for letting me know about that little bit at the end…I’ll be sure to stick around.
Among many other things, I watched 27 Dresses and ate ice cream this weekend too. Sheer girly bliss.
i love the chick flicks!! is 27 dresses good?
My weekend was amazing and relaxing. I’m glad to hear yours was awesome as well!
My friends and I thought of a great drinking game for the “Sex and the City” episode of Oprah. Every time she mentioned May 30, you have to take a shot. She must have said it or shouted it like 35 times.
No! I missed the Oprah special! Damn, I was totally trying to remind myself to have R DVR that for me. Was it good? I’m disappointed =(
Anyway.. sweet movies you saw. I wanna see Iron Man- I’ll have to remember to stay after the credits, huh?
My boyfriend bought me 27 Dresses this weekend! Weird
Your weekend sounds like my weekend!
Glad you had as much fun as I did.
yay for iron man! i thought it was good.
oh 27 Dresses…haven’t seen it; do you recommend?
I totes hit up iron man and twenty-seven dresses this weekend too. am also wanting to see made of honor. ha.
That’s really nice that your boyfriend put up with your girly whims. Mine does on occasion. Most of the time, we meet in the middle when it comes to what movie we’re going to watch.
I’m also glad to hear Made of Honor was cute, and Iron Man was good. Hooray for your weekend of movies!
Aw, sounds like you had a lovely weekend, minus WWIII.
So, my moisture recommendation is Philosophy’s hope in a jar. I saw it on Oprah’s fav things a few years ago and bought it recently on Sephora.com. Love it! http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P4633&categoryId=B70
So how WAS Made of Honor?
