As you all know, a new pup has come into my household. It’s incredibly great timing because this week’s etsy feature is about dogs!
Good Clean Dog’s products are all natural and gentle on the skin for those sensitive pups. They offer all kinds of products from shampoos down healing salves.
Cory has offered up a great gift for the winner of this giveaway, the Aromatic Doggy Spritzer! Not only does it make your little one smell nice a fresh, but it keeps those pesky bugs off, which is so great now that it is summer.

To enter this giveaway and have your pup smell nice and fresh, you must go check out the Good Clean Dog shop, take a look around, come back and tell me what you think! (and don’t just pretend that you looked at the shop!) Do this by Saturday and you’re in!
Anyone can enter, if you have a dog or don’t. If you don’t, maybe a family member or friend has one that you just adore. Or if neither of those apply, send it to me
But seriously, I am all about that bar shampoo and will be ordering some later today for my stinky, little corgi who loves to swim and then romp in the dirt!
A winner will be randomly chosen on Friday. I will forward your info to Cory at Good Clean Dog and your Doggy Spritzer will be on it’s way!
ETA: I purchased the bar shampoo and it arrived today (8/9/08). It smells amazing and fresh. Edie’s going to be the cleanest pup on the block!

Okay i’m all about that herbal shampoo, just the label is too cute to pass up! I gave both dogs a shower this weekend.. it’s amazing how white Maisie is when she doesn’t have dirt all in her hair! lol!

I have actually been looking for a bar shampoo for our little pug (Iggy), but I’m weary of how well it will lather so right now we use a squeeze-bottle kind, one that our vet recommended because it’s supposed to be medicated and super gentle. Thus, no frou-frou smells can be found on our dog. ; )
I like the vintage pictures he’s selling, too.

That conditioner and detangler is JUST what Horatio needs. He has a great coat, but since he’s a Scottie, it is prone to snarls and mats. He definitely needs something much better for his coat than what I have.
I’m a bad puppy mom.

I am so jealous of your two dogs. I only want one, and I can’t even have that.

OMG I just noticed last night that Olivia has a hot spot, I’ll have to put in an order for the salve they have on there. But how on earth am I supposed to keep her from licking, I know it says that it is safe to ingest, but that won’t help the healing process.

I’m definitely planning on ordering the soothing salve for Kaya. She licks herself until she’s raw…but we can’t put anything on there because she’s not supposed to ingest the stuff they sell at the store due to her pancreatitis! I’m so excited to find something that might actually work!
Thanks for sharing!

Stella has dry paws so she always ends up slipping on our hardwood floors. The salve looks interesting, but how would I keep her from licking it off?

my dog needs this, lol. No matter how many times I bathe him, he still stinks. I use to use an apple oatmeal shampoo that worked wonders but can’t find it anymore.
I really liked the Vintage Dog and Hydrant Napkin Holder. It reminds me of this fire hydrant candle I got for my mom

I like the black and white photos the best. The puppy & hydrant napkin holder is adorable! Ah!! If only I had an apartment to furnish!

Ooooh I am LOVING the doggy spritzer. Ella is shedding like MAD and she rolls around in the yard constantly, dragging her butt along the grass (you know what I’m talking about) and she smells so dirty, even though I keep paying for her to have a shampoo upgrade at the doggy salon. That product definitely looks like good stuff!

I love their packaging. So cute. I was drawn to the cute cards of the cats (i’m a cat person), but I guess I could pamper my puppy once and a while. He does smell kind of nasty. LOL

The Every Dog Has It’s Day set was too cute. I’m sure Adicus would hate it, as he isn’t much of a bather. I’ll have to get him some first aid salve before winter, though, so he doesn’t end up with cracked and split paws again. Think WH would kill me if I painted his toe claws while I was at it?

Like many others – I’m digging the packaging. I also think my dog would make an excellent GoodCleanDog model:)

I like the look of your shop and your labels too. I’m curious about the Comfrey Dog Salve as I have a dog that gets hot spots in the summer. I’m also interested in the spritzer because I have five dogs and I would like to use something to freshen up before company stops in.

What a great store! That spa kit looks absolutely fabulous — I know my hairy eskimo could definitely use a good detangler.

i like the idea of the first aid salve that is lickable. my little tiny sophie’s feet get hot and dry from being outside, and she licks them a lot, but i am neurotic and won’t put lotion or anything because i don’t want her to eat it. natural stuff is amazing.

I think my little Yorkie is in serious need of some natural products. She has sensitive skin so I use oatmeal shampoo, but I am going to try these, even if I am not lucky enough to win the giveaway. Thanks for the great product idea!
Oh, and I think their stuff on Etsy is cute. I love the vintage stuff!

Great site!
I actually bookmarked it. I can get the doggy spa kit and have a spa day with TJ. I can just see us now : )
I like the spray that you posted about too. My doggie smells a little too much like dog right now, but labs aren’t supposed to be bathed too often because it drys out their skin. I can use the spray to freshen him up a bit.

the Comfrey dog salve also looks great, dad’s dog Chico is constantly biting and scratching at his back this time of year because he hates fleas! Count me in for the giveaway, anything to keep dad’s house from smelling like wet dog, we’d rather have Chico smelling sweet!

Checked out the dog shop. Wow! Lots of great stuff. I especially noticed the dog salve. I know all of my dogs could use that, for sure. It would be wonderful for their paws. Thanks for sharing the link. Cindi from MyCorgi

Oh! Oh! Count me in on this, I’m getting an 11 week old puppy in two weeks when we move, and I’ll need all the help I can get!
I’m a fan of how the product is lick-proof, good call on that one!

Their stuff is pretty impressive. I’m not usually “huge” on all natural things, but since my dachshund has really itchy, dry (and easily irritated) skin, I just might have to look further into it. The first aid salve seems like it might be worth a shot since she also likes to LICK EVERYTHING and that’s lickably-safe.
Perhaps your dirt-loving Corgi and my scratch-happy dachshund should meet sometime! oh, in a perfect world!

I am in *puffy pink heart* love with the First Aid Salve. My lab/retriever mix has horrible allergies, and just this week I had to rush her into the vet because she tore up her skin due to a hot-spot. I would love to get this! Thanks for showing the site to me!

That’s so cute! I don’t like pets, because I had a poodle toy growing up (Sammy) and he used to leave pools or urine on my pillow, which I would encounter after putting my head on the pillow when going to bed, but your post wants me want to have a doggie! Maybe I just need puppy-trauma therapy.

Honestly, I don’t have a dog… but the products seem popular, and likely would make a dog smell great. I am not into vintage postcards either, but 6.00 seems alot for one!

The products look great though and I love the logo and general marketing scheme. Overall, very cute. Would purchase stuff from here if I had a pup!
