Last night boyfriend and I met up with a friend of ours at Flyod’s. I haven’t seen that kid in forever, so it was pretty great. We wasted a little time and then headed to Smartbar for Diplo. It was the 3rd or 4th time I’ve seen him dj in the past few years and, as always, it was a blast! I ended up driving, so I didn’t end up drinking. Regardless, it was a great time. Except for the slimy, sweaty dude whose spasms (i.e. dancing) kept making him rub against me and it was disgusting. I walked in my door at 4:30AM, slept until 1ish and woke up feeling like I’m hungover. Still overall, I’m happy we went out.

Tonight will probably be me cleaning  watching Grey’s Anatomy dvds, ordering in and crashing early since boyfriend is dj’ing at Douchebag Bar. Hopefully, before he goes I will be able to go to his house to watch the Marc Jacobs & Louis Vuitton  documentary he DVR’d for me.

It’s Monday.

I think I am getting sick. I’m stuffy and my head is achey. I cannot wait until the second week of March, when this stupid CNA class is over. I need a break from this ridiculous schedule. This week starts our clinicals which will take place in a nursing home. I have to be honest, I’m really not looking forward to cleaning up after and taking care of the elderly. I know that sounds mean, but I’m just not thrilled on it.

I’m going to go to the doctor for my physical, grab some Subway and then go to the doctor again for my follow up TB shot.

Rumor has it the strike might be over. Grey’s Anatomy might have new episodes in the beginning of March.

If these rumors are true, what can’t you wait for to come back on?

For the past week my DVD player has been broke and that kind of ruins my schedule of watching Grey’s Anatomy seasons 1-3 every waking second. Seriously. It’s like what I do. There isn’t anything on televison? Pop in Grey’s DVD. Since my DVD player is broke, it’s been throwing me off. It’s too quiet in my room. I usually have something on the tv all the time as background noise, even if I’m not really paying attention. I’m not interested in anything else I have on dvd right now. My cables been jacked too, so for some reason, all I’m getting is fuzzy snow. My DVD player was necessary!

Yesterday I went to the boy’s and SURPRISE! I have a brand new little DVD player now! He’s the best.

Here is where I need help. I need to start watching something else or my Grey’s DVDs will get worn out. That would be pretty pathetic!

This season is really disappointing. I really don’t understand how they can say “this is the best season yet!” and “best designers we ever had!”. I’m so bored with everyone. No one sticks out. I’m bored bored bored.

This recap is going to suck and be the most boring thing you have ever read, so I apologize in advance. It the most half ass thing I have ever wrote.

Nina presents the challenge this time and it is out of date, horrible trends. Why weren’t leggings as pants on there? I do not know, but they should have been. Anyway, everyone had to pick a bad trend, like overalls (which Jillian happened to be wearing), dance wear (I guess that could be leggings), poodle skirt, shoulder pads, zoot suit and so on. I can’t even think of the rest because it was boring. After they picked their fashion mishaps, the designers were to break off into groups of 3 to put together a collection based on their items and update them.

Teams were as follows:

Rami, Jillian and Kevin with poodle skirts, overalls and 70s something or other.

Christian, Kit and Jack with zoot soot, fringe and pleather.

Ricky, Victorya, Elisa with underwear as outerwear, cut outs and neon.

Sweet P, Chris and Steven with baggy sweaters, shoulder pads and dance wear.

In one of the guy’s apartments, or dorms, since they look way more like dorm rooms than apartments to me. They discuss how bummed the are that Marion is gone and someone pipes in saying, no one would care if Christian went home. Christian is all offended and tells everyone how bored they would be without him there. I think it would be much better with out his doucheness, but then again, that is just my humble opinion.

Blah blah. They are told by Heidi to meet Tim to find out more about their challenge, so they go to this place and see this dude and Tim. You can obviously tell like no one knows who the dude is, except for Kevin, who is oh so super manly and needs to make sure everyone knows that he is straight. It ends up being football great, Tiki Barber. I’ve never heard of him, but I’m not a fan of football. I know nothing about it. Haha, I kept asking my boyfriend questions that turned out to be stupid, when he was watching the Packers vs Cowboys game yesterday. He was like DUDE, IT’S EASY and went on to explain what is what and what happens when and I just have a blank stare on my face like OHHH OKAY. Annnnyway, back to the show, Tiki is a correspondent and needs to look good on camera, so in comes the challenge.

I hatehatehate this cycle of Top Model. I have no idea why I watch this show anymore. I get mad at Tyra for sending everyone that is good home. She always does! Victoria was my girl this season, of course, Tyra sends her home in like the 5th episode. Plus, Janice is gone.

Kelly talking smack was the funniest ever yesterday on The Office. I’m bummed that was the last episode for a while. On another Thursday tv note, I am hoping that was the end of Gizzie. Seriously. Worst couple in the world. It was like incestuous.

Remember when I got that stupid, ridiculous, completely undeserved parking ticket? I bitched about it here. I paid that shit two days, not without whining the whole time while pulling up the city’s website and entering in my information. They robbed me of my money to pay for their own ridiculousness. Obviously, they are not my favorite people right now. That $90 could have went toward something completely unnecessary, like a new handbag or new black pumps.

I also mentioned before that I am switching schools to go for Nursing instead. It just so happens that the new school is out of district from where I live, so my tuition would have been a little more than double had I been in district. Luckily, my aunt lives in the schools district so I now “live” there. I changed my address at the DMV yesterday and got my tuition adjusted.

Hah!

Fuck you, system. You give me undeserved tickets. I cheat you out of tuition. It’s obviously only fair.

8PM - Some Addison for you on Private Practice. I’m still not sure I like this show, but I have to watch because it’s a Grey’s Anatomy spinoff. Ridiculous, I know, right?

9PM - Project Runway Season 4!!!! YAAAAAY! FINALLY! I told you before how much I love Project Runway. It is serious business. Just wait until I recap this shit tomorrow.

I got out of work early today. THANK GOD. If I had to watch another Go Diego! Go! I probably would have cried. Oh the joys of being a nanny. The National Enquirer claims Spencer Pratt is out peddling a sex tape he made in Brazil. He reportedly made it with friends before he was with Heidi Montag and is trying to sell it and then make it look like it was stolen and leaked without his knowledge.

Now even though that is from the National Enquirer, I really don’t find it hard to believe. What do you think?
